TOMATO ASPIC 
2 c. V-8 juice (either plain or hot)
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello, dry

Boil 1 cup of the V-8 juice. Add vinegar, sugar and lemon Jello. Stir until sugar and Jello are dissolved. Then add one cup of cold V-8 juice. Then can add any of the following ingredients, cut into small pieces: bell pepper, onion, celery, green olives, shrimp.
