FROZEN TOMATO ASPIC WITH
HORSERADISH DRESSING
 
1 #2 1/2 can tomatoes, drained (save juice)
1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
Juice of 1 lemon
3 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. salt
Shake of cracked pepper
1 1/2 env. gelatin

Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup tomato juice from drained tomatoes. Combine all ingredients. Beat on high in blender until well mixed. Place paper cups in muffin tins and fill with mixture. Freeze. When frozen, place in plastic bag. Will keep weeks.

HORSERADISH DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
4 tsp. undrained horseradish
2 pods garlic or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. chives

Put first 5 ingredients in blender and mix well. Stir in chives. Refrigerate. Serve on frozen tomato salad.
