SQUASH CASSEROLE 
6 yellow squash, cooked, drained and mashed
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. seasoned croutons, crushed
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sour cream
Salt

Wash squash, chop into small pieces. Cook until tender, drain then mash. Combine squash, sour cream, seasoned salt, pepper, chopped onion, 1 cup grated cheese, crushed croutons and eggs. Mix well and our into 2 quart casserole dish. Cover with remaining cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
