FISH MARINADE | |
1 1/2 lbs. fish fillets, 1 inch thick 1/4 c. lemon juice 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 cloves garlic, crushed Mix all ingredients, except fish. Pour over fish. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Remove fish, reserving marinade. Grill fish about 4 inches from medium coals, turning once and basting occasionally with reserved marinade, 12-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. |
