OATMEAL TREATS 
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. natural peanut butter
1 c. fructose
2 egg replacers, beaten in water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. barley, sweetened
Chocolate chips
1 tsp. baking soda
1 env. Butter Buds in 1/2 c. warm water
1 c. brown sugar substitute
1/4 c. nonfat milk
2 1/2 c. uncooked oats
1/2 c. raisins

Stir together flour, soda, salt; set aside. In large bowl, beat Butter Buds, peanut butter, fructose, and brown sugar substitute until creamy. Beat in egg replacers, milk and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture, then oats, chocolate pieces and raisins. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart on Pam-sprayed cookie sheets. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven about 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 12.
