MACARONI SALAD 
2 c. cooked elbow macaroni
1/4 c. green pepper
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c. chopped sour pickle
Mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. lemon juice

This salad can be served as written above, or add 1 cup chopped chicken, tuna fish, crab meat or shrimp.
