SPAGHETTI JAMBALAYA 
2 lbs. hot sausage
2 lbs. smoke sausage
1 lb. franks
1 lb. bacon
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 lb. spaghetti
1 sm. onion
4 cloves garlic
1/4 c. green peppers
2 stalks shallots
Parsley flakes

Boil spaghetti.

Boil hot sausage in a separate pot. Cool. Slice up.

Fry bacon, saute seasoning in 1/4 cup of the drippings. Stir in spaghetti sauce; simmer 3 minutes. Add all sausage in sauce. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add spaghetti and crumble in bacon; mix well.
