MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cooked, boned and cut up
2 cans cream of chicken
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 jar picante sauce (mild or hot whatever you like)

Mix the above together in a bowl. Crush 1 pound bag nacho cheese Doritos and put 1/2 in bottom of 9 x 13 inch glass pan. Pour chicken mixture over Doritos. Top with a layer of 1/2 pound any cheese, shredded, then rest of Doritos.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
