WILD RICE CASSEROLE 
1/3 c. butter
1 can mushrooms
1 green pepper
1/2 onion
1/2 c. half & half
Sliced American cheese
UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice (original recipe)

Saute for 20 minutes 1/3 cup butter, 1 can mushrooms, green pepper and onion. Cook wild rice as directed on box.

Layer rice, saute mixture, cheese; repeat 2 or 3 times. Top with 1/2 cup of half & half. Bake at 275 degrees for 30 minutes. Cook uncovered. May want to double or even triple recipe for good sized quart dish.
