BAKED PORKED CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Oil
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. finely diced celery
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Brown in hot vegetable oil in skillet, place in shallow oiled baking dish, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chops. Cover and bake in oven (350 degrees) 1 hour or until chops are done. 6 servings.
