CHEESE PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
4 oz. Muenster cheese, sliced
4 oz. Cheddar cheese, sliced
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg, beaten
Melted butter
Sesame seeds

Place 1/2 of the rolls in bottom of ungreased 8 inch square pan. Pinch seams together. Layer cheese on top. Pour on beaten eggs. Top with remaining 1/2 rolls. Pinch seams together; brush generously with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds for taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown. Let stand several minutes before slicing.
