EASY QUICHE 
1 unbaked 9" pastry shell
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. sliced green onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped Swiss or cheddar cheese
Dash pepper

Prepare pastry shell. Brown meat, drain and set aside. Blend next four ingredients until smooth (I use wire whisk). Stir in meat, cheese, onion and pepper. Turn into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
