7-UP FRUIT SALAD 
2 pkg. lemon Jell-O, dissolved in 2 c. hot water
2 c. 7-Up
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 large bananas, sliced

Topping:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. cream, whipped or 1 1/2 c. whipped topping

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water; add 7-Up. Stir well. Put in refrigerator to cool. When Jell-O is partially set (like egg whites) add drained pineapple, marshmallows and sliced bananas.

For Topping: Combine sugar, flour, beaten egg and pineapple juice; cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add butter and let cool. Fold in whipped cream or whipped topping and spread over Jell-O. Let chill completely before serving.
