REFRIGERATOR GREEN SALAD 
7 c. cucumbers, sliced thin
1 bell pepper, sliced thin
1 c. white onion, sliced thin
3 tbsp. salt
1 c. white vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Put salt on vegetables and let sit 2 hours on counter. Rinse 3 times in cold water. Pat dry. Bring vinegar, sugar, mustard seed, celery seed to a boil. Let cool and pour over the cucumber mixture. Refrigerate. Keeps for months.
