COCONUT POUND CAKE 
2 c. self rising flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. each of vanilla & coconut flavoring
1 c. Crisco oil
5 eggs, beaten

Grease and flour bundt pan. Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. coconut & vanilla flavoring
1/2 c. butter

Mix all together. Bring to a boil and have cake ready. Pour topping over cake while still in pan. Let stand in pan 20 minutes before turning out. Keep covered.
