SNICKER BARS 
2 c. lite ice cream (vanilla), softened
1 c. Cool Whip
1 pkg. sugar free butterscotch pudding
1/4 c. extra crunchy peanut butter
3 oz. Grape Nuts

Mix all ingredients. Place in a sprayed 8 x 8 pan. Freeze. For a 9 x 13 pan you need to triple the recipe.
