PINEAPPLE SHEET CAKE 
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
2 eggs
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice

Combine all ingredients in bowl; blend with mixture. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.

Icing:

1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. powdered sugar
5 tbsp. butter

Combine above ingredients with mixer; spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate.
