THREE BEAN SALAD 
15 1/2 oz. can French cut green beans, drained
15 1/2 oz. can wax beans, cut in 1 inch pieces, drained
1 lb. can kidney beans, drained

DRESSING:

1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 med. onion, minced
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. sugar

Blend dressing ingredients in blender. Mix with beans. Cover and store in refrigerator several hours or overnight. Serve.
