2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Sift together and set aside. 3 eggs 1 c. oil

Cream together. Add 2 small jars of plum baby food and 1 teaspoon red food coloring. Now add dry ingredients. Beat until fluffy and add 1 cup nuts. Grease and flour bundt pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove from pan. Glaze while hot.

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Heat over low heat until smooth. Add 1 teaspoon red food coloring. Glaze cake with pastry brush.
