MARINATED TOMATO SLICES 
3 med. fresh tomatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. basil
1 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. sherry
4 lettuce leaves

In a small bowl, combine and mix well all ingredients, except the tomatoes and lettuce leaves. When well mixed, pour over the tomato slices. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. To serve, drain slices and place on lettuce leaves. Makes 4 servings.
