CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 tbsp. oil
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli or fresh
2 c. chicken, boned (approximately 4 breasts)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can French fried onion rings

Cook chicken in skillet with oil, set aside. Cook broccoli. Place broccoli on bottom of buttered casserole. Layer chicken on top of broccoli. Mix together soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Pour on top of chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Add onion rings. Bake for 5 to 10 minutes more.
