SALMON DIP 
8 oz. canned salmon, drained
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. (lg.) horseradish
1 tbsp. lemon
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke

Combine ingredients with mixer until smooth. Serve as dip with assorted crackers or roll into a "log" cover with chopped parsley or nuts.
