VODKA SAUCE 
Saute' chopped onion (1 medium) and garlic (1 large clove). Put in chopped prosciutto (about 1/4 pound) and cook for 3 minutes.

Put tomato puree (28 ounce can) and cook for 20 minutes. Put salt, pepper and basil to taste. After sauce cooks, pour 1 ounce vodka and cook another 20 minutes. Pour in 1/4 cup cream and mix. Put over any pasta.
