VALENTINE HEARTS 
1 c. soft butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Red sprinkles

Blend the butter and sugar in the bowl with a wooden spoon. Mix well. Stir in flour and almond extract. Flatten out (not too thin). Cut out hearts with cookie cutter. Decorate the hearts with sprinkles. Place the cookies on cookie sheet and chill in refrigerator for 1/2 hour heat the oven to 300 degrees. Bake cookies for 30 minutes. Don't brown.
