HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/4 c. ripe olives, sliced
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimentos
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can drained, diced mushrooms
1 c. water

Mix all these ingredients together and add:

3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/8 c. lemon juice

Mix well and put in large casserole and top with 1 can Chinese noodles. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes, covered. Uncover and bake another 5 minutes. Serve hot. This is a good luncheon dish and can be made ahead except for adding the noodles just before baking.
