FOCACCIO BREAD 
2 c. tepid water
2 pkg. yeast
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
5 1/2 c. white wheat flour
Garlic to taste
Dried rosemary to taste
Green onions, chopped to taste
Kosher salt to taste

Mix together everything but flour. Add 1/2 flour to mixture and stir. Add remainder of flour and mix with dough hook. Let rise and punch down twice. Spread out on lightly greased cookie sheet. Brush with olive oil and garlic. Sprinkle with dried rosemary or finely chopped green onions. Sprinkle kosher salt on top. Let rise in pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
