JEANNE'S SPINACH SALAD 
raw spinach
iceberg lettuce
fresh mushrooms, sliced
bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 small onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1 c. oil

Add grated carrot for color or any veggie you like.

Toss spinach, lettuce, mushrooms, bacon, celery and green pepper. Combine oil, onion, vinegar, ketchup, sugar and Worcestershire sauce; shake well. Pour over salad just before serving.
