1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. crushed soda crackers
1 tsp. mustard
1 egg
1/8 tsp. pepper
Vienna or French bread
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated cheese
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Mix all ingredients well. Using Vienna or French bread, cut bread in half lengthwise. Spread meat evenly over bread halves. Wrap foil around the meat covered bread and leave top uncovered and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Garnish with strips of cheese (cheddar etc.)
