SOFT PRETZELS | |
1 pkg. dry yeast 1 1/3 c. warm water Mix and stir in: 1 c. flour Gradually add 2 additional cups flour (total 3 cups flour). Mix ingredients to form dough. Knead on floured board until dough becomes elastic. (Springs back when pulled on.) Make golf ball size balls and roll into ropes. Shape, brush with eggs, sprinkle with salt and bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees. |
