SOUR CREAM BISCUITS 
1 c. self rising flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. sour cream

Combine all ingredients in a bowl, stir until smooth. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Pat dough out to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut with 2 inch biscuit cutter. Place biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
