HOT CHOCOLATE 
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, cut in pieces
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. hot milk
1/4 tsp. salt

Put all ingredients into a blender container, cover and process at STIR until chocolate is dissolved. Serve hot, topped with a dash of cinnamon, whipped cream, or a marshmallow. Yield: about 2 1/2 cups.
