VEGETABLES AND MEAT
ACCOMPANIMENTS
 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. onion, grated
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten
Cheese cracker crumbs

Cook broccoli for 5 minutes. Drain. Steam in colander 10 minutes. Combine soup, mayonnaise, onion, cheese and eggs. Add broccoli. Put in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.Top with crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. Better if made a day ahead but baked just before serving. Do not add crumbs until ready to bake.

For variety, add 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can drained green peas.
