FUDGE BROWNIE PIE 
2 eggs (I throw away 1 yolk)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. unsifted flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Ice cream & fudge sauce

HOT FUDGE SAUCE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1/3 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

BROWNIE PIE: Beat eggs in small bowl. Blend in sugar and butter. Add flour, cocoa and salt. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Bake in 8 inch pie pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with ice cream and fudge topping.

FUDGE SAUCE: Combine sugar and cocoa. Blend in milk and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla. Serve warm.
