PECAN SALAD | |
1 sm. can coconut 1 c. flour 3/4 c. chopped pecans 1/4 c. brown sugar 1 stick marg. Mix together in large pan and bake in oven at 350 degrees until brown. Stir often and cool. Mix 2 packages instant vanilla pudding with 2 and 2/3 cups milk. Fold in 2 cups or 8 ounce Cool Whip. Put half of crumbs on bottom and rest on top. |
