FIRST LAYER:

1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. flour
1 stick butter

Mix together and press into 9 x 12 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees about 20 minutes. Cool.

MIX SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Spread over 1st layer.

THIRD LAYER:

Mix together:

1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
3 c. milk

Spread over 2nd layer. Chill, cut into squares. Garnish with Cool Whip.
