PUDDING PIE SQUARES 
20 squares graham crackers
1/3 c. butter
8 oz. sour cream
1 sm. box chocolate or vanilla instant pudding
1 c. milk
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Crush 10 crackers in plastic bag with rolling pin. Place in 8x8x2 inch pan. Crush remaining crackers; add to pan. Save 2 tablespoons. In small saucepan melt butter over low heat. Pour butter over crackers; mix together. Pat mixture into pan evenly over bottom. Chill 10 minutes.

Place sour cream in small mixing bowl; add dry pudding mix and milk. Beat on low speed 1 minute. Scrape sides; beat 30 seconds more. Pour over crackers, spread evenly.

Spoon filling over pudding. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill 3 hours. Cut into squares. Serves 9.
