SWISS VEAL 
1 lb. veal
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 clove garlic or 1 tsp. powdered garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch nutmeg
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
Broad noodles

Cut veal in 1 inch pieces. Combine nutmeg, paprika, flour. Dust over veal. Brown in butter and garlic. Add chicken broth, salt and pepper. Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour. Remove garlic clove. Add sour cream and blend in well.

May be thickened with additional 1 1/2 tablespoon flour and 1/4 cup cold water. Serve over boiled noodles. Sprinkle poppy seeds over each serving. Serves 4.
