CHINESE SOUP 
1/4 lb. round steak strips
2 green onions
1 sm. clove garlic
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 c. bean sprouts
4 c. chicken or beef broth
Salt and pepper
2 beaten eggs

Saute the steak, onions, garlic, and butter. Add the remaining ingredients except the eggs. Simmer 20-30 minutes. Then add eggs and turn off the heat.
