CASSEROLE SALAD 
Tomatoes, sliced
Cucumbers, sliced
Onion rings
Basil leaves, fresh

DRESSING:

1/3 c. olive oil
2/3 c. wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

In a deep casserole dish, alternate layers of tomatoes, cucumbers, onion and basil. Repeat if it is a large salad. Mix ingredients for dressing then pour over vegetables. (Try other combinations.) Cover tightly and refrigerate a few hours to allow flavors to blend.
