LAZY JANE BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. beef stew meat, cut in chunks
1/2 c. burgundy or red wine
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can undiluted bouillon
3/4 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, sliced
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. flour

Combine ingredients in casserole. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Serve over noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
