HOT DILL POTATO SALAD 
1 lb. potatoes
Boiling salted water
3 green onions, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill or 2 tsp. dried dill weed
2 anchovy fillets, chopped
1/2 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
1 tbsp. lime juice
Salt & Pepper to taste

Cook potatoes in boiling salted water to cover in large saucepan until fork tender, 18 to 20 minutes. Cut into chunks and combine with onions, dill and anchovies in large serving bowl. Fold in yogurt, lime juice, salt and pepper. Serve warm. Makes 4 to 6 side dish servings.
