WILD RICE HOT DISH 
2 c. cut up cooked turkey or chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 to 1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. wild rice, cooked in 1 c. water for 1/2 hour
1 can sm. mushrooms in juice

Mix all together and put in 2 quart casserole. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
