SCALLOPS PROVENCAL 
1 stick butter
1 lb. ocean scallops
1 lg. green pepper, cut up
12 mushrooms
2-3 tomatoes, quartered
1-2 med. onions, in eights
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1/8 - 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven 400 degrees. Melt butter in 9x13 glass baking dish. Place scallops and vegetables in dish, stir to coat. Sprinkle with seasonings. bake 10-12 minutes until scallops are opaque.
