1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey 8 oz. sour cream 4 oz. ketchup 1 can (10-12) biscuits 1 sm. onion, diced 1/2 bell pepper (optional) 1/2 c. mushrooms (optional) 1/2 c. flour Seasoning to taste 1/4 stick of butter Brown beef or turkey in a skillet and drain. Saute vegetables. Mix both in a small bowl. Blend in sour cream and ketchup. Season mixture to taste. Set aside. Roll out individual biscuits with the flour provided. In the center of the biscuit, spoon out the meat mixture. Fold over the biscuit and seal the edges with a fork. Place them on a baking sheet. Cut small split on the top of each patty. If you desire, place small amount of butter on each patty. Bake according to directions on the can of biscuits. Ingredients may be varied according to individual taste each time you bake. |
