CREAM CHEESE SQUARES 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk
2 pkgs. Pillsbury crescent rolls (8 each)

GLAZE:

1/3 c. butter
2 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 to 4 tbsp. hot water

Cream cheese. Add sugar, egg yolk and vanilla and mix until smooth. In a 9 x 13 inch pan, spread one package of rolls on the bottom. Spread cheese mixture on the top. Then place the second crescent roll package on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. Top should be browned. Cool.

GLAZE: Melt butter, mix in vanilla and confectioners sugar. Add hot water, 1 tablespoon at a time until spreadable. Spread on top.
