BANANA FROSTING 
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter, softened
1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 lb. confectioners' sugar, sifted (about 4 c.)

Cream butter until fluffy. Stir in banana and lemon juice; blend well. Gradually beat in confectioners' sugar until frosting is of spreading consistency.
