BAKED STUFFED JUMBO SHELLS 
1 box jumbo macaroni shells
1 qt. Italian tomato-base sauce

STUFFING:

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 slices of bread, cubed
1/2 c. milk
Parlsey, salt, pepper to taste
Grated cheese

Brown meat. Mix meat, egg, cheese, milk, bread cubes, parsley, salt and pepper together. Parboil jumbo shells for 10 minutes. Drain. Rinse with cold water so that the shells can be handled. Line baking dish with Italian sauce. Stuff shells and place in baking dish; cover with sauce.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated cheese. Serve piping hot.
