1 head lettuce, torn apart
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 head cauliflower, broken apart
10 slices bacon, fried and crumbled (you can use bacon bits instead if you wish)
1 pkg. frozen green peas, not thawed

DRESSING:

1 pt. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Salad Dressing mix

Spread ingredients in order in a 9x13 dish. It is pretty in a glass dish. Add mushrooms if you like.
