SHOE PEG CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can French style green beans or lima beans
1 can shoe peg corn
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of celery soup or mushroom soup
1/2 c. celery, chopped

Combine and put in a casserole dish. Top with crushed Ritz crackers, dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
