CANDY CANE COOKIES | |
1 c. butter 2 tsp. vanilla 2 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. oatmeal 1/2 c. powdered sugar 2 tbsp. water 1/2 tsp. salt Cream butter and vanilla. Add sugar gradually. Beat until fluffy. Add water. Sift flour and salt. Stir in flour, salt and oatmeal. Shape like a candy cane and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes until lightly brown. Frost with peppermint frosting, striping with red frosting. |
